Best Buy relies on feedback, both positive and negative, to help us find areas for improvement.

    This sounds an awful lot like the experience I recently had with Gateway. Except you may still get your desk, and I was charged for a battery that is out of stock and no longer being manufactured. ::eyeroll:: shared.

    Hopefully the Baby forgave you, eventually, and all is now getting back on track.
