I attend a lot of craft shows here in upstate NY but they are usually in the fall. The weather has such power to 'make or break' those things. They are held in schools, firehouses or colleges. They attract several kinds of people; folks who travel long distances to buy for their own store or find antiques / something unusual, folks who buy to 'stock up' months in advance, for holiday gifts and folks who attend to "get ideas" and don't buy much but go home and try and make something similar.
