		<description>right.  Running after toddlers -normal ones, even, not hyperactive ones full of beans- is not considered any form of exercise.  According to the SparkPeople fitness thingy, twenty minutes of active playing with your kids is the equivalent of jogging for ten minutes.  If it burns calories, is it not exercise?  If it takes the breath out of you, if you acquire a healthy sweat, is it not a countable exercise on your body?

I will admit that adding five half-assed pushups to my morning has resulted in fun for my girl.  She keeps trying to climb on my back and pull down my pants.  I haven&#039;t managed to re-dislocate my left shoulder since I started doing this.  Maybe, just maybe, I&#039;ll fit back into my good jeans again by the fall...</description>
